We have several wet boat slips and many dry storage stalls in the marina's barn - plus a place to store your boat trailer. Our Wiggins forklifts are capable of lifting 22k pounds. A haul-out includes a fresh water rinse of your boat and fresh water motor flush. Our dry storage rates are kept low by charging for the forklift's haul-out fee. That way, if your boat is stored long term, our prices are the lowest in the Middle Florida Keys. Boat dockage includes the use of 120 electric and water. Plus, our mechanics are on site if you have any problems getting off the dock with your boat engine not starting correctly. Now, isn't that convenient! Hurricane Protection Plan: Hawks Cay Resort, Duck Key, Conch Key, Grassy Key, Long Key property owners have a great hurricane protection plan available through Turnkey Marine, their very own full service marine facility in the Middle Florida Keys. For a one time yearly fee, Turnkey will go to your boat, whether it is docked behind your house, in your own boat slip or on your boat trailer; pick up your boat and drive it to our marina's barn. We will implement this service when a hurricane is a named storm; the Florida Keys are in a hurricane strike zone; the hurricane is 2 days away from the Florida Keys. Our fees are very inexpensive compared to the amount of damage that could occur to your boat. It is our knowledge that boat insurance companies will not reimburse their boat customers if the boat is left in the water during a hurricane.
